What kind of Renaissance man would I be if I didn't engage in some kind of sports? I'm not much on team sports, although I did some soccer throughout my school years, and I'm not much for strict exercise, like weight lifting or treadmills. I'm more for having fun and if that includes exercise, so be it. Here are some of my favorite sports and me enjoying them.

Skateboarding     I've been skateboarding since around second grade. Although I've never really considered myself that good, and I tend to take long breaks between each session (this is Wisconsin after all.) I still enjoy it some 25 years later. Check here and here for a picture of my current ride. That's a custom painted Toy Machine deck, old-school Gullwing trucks and Powell Peralta Bones for wheels. Back to Top
Wakeboarding     Chris Rothkopf was nice enough to take me out on his boat a number of times. I certainly wouldn't consider myself very good, but boy is this fun. I much prefer wakeboarding to actually waterskiing, partially just because it's easier. Back to Top
Scuba Diving     Ok, to be fair, I can't really say that this is a regular sport. I went on vacation and took a class where they allowed you to scuba dive for about an hour. I only went down about 75 feet... but it was enough. Not something that I think I'd enjoy doing on a regular basis, but it was a fun experience. Back to Top
