Matt Dunham's Jack-in-the-box tattoo!
This is the outline that I used. As a very experienced graphic artist, the easiest way for me to make an outline was to scan in the original, have the computer redraw it and then print out the outline. It worked perfectly. Here is the finished outline. I had to stop because it was taking me a long time and my wrist wasn't used to holding such a heavy implement. Now, for something this size, I would probably make it in one session. This, being my first, took me three. This is the final color work. Unfortunately don't have one without a shine. The purple handle got a little puffy, but that seems to be pretty normal on legs. I ended up having to go back in and lay down extra white, hence the third session. Still, I was very pleased with my first piece.
